1. What kind of products does LiquidationDeluxe sell?

We specialize in brand-new, high-quality home furniture and décor. Our collections include sofas, sectionals, chairs, dining sets, benches, ottomans, storage units, mirrors, lighting, and more — all sourced from top-tier brands and overstock suppliers.

Are items new, used, or refurbished?

All products sold on LiquidationDeluxe.com are 100% new and unused, delivered in their original, factory-sealed packaging. We do not sell refurbished or used products.

If an item is ever listed as open box or floor model, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Why are prices so low?

We work directly with major distributors, brand warehouses, and liquidation sources. This includes closeouts, canceled orders, bankruptcy stock, and manufacturer overproduction. This sourcing model allows us to offer authentic retail-quality products at up to 70% off — without sacrificing quality or service.

Is everything final sale?

Only items explicitly marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Clearance or deep-discounted items
  • Limited-time flash deals
  • Open box units (when applicable)

For all other items, our standard 10-day return policy applies (see below).

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes — for most items, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • Within 10 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • 15% restocking fee applies to cover handling and warehousing

This policy helps us keep prices low while maintaining a fair and efficient return process.

Delivery & Handling (F.A.Q)

Do you offer delivery throughout Quebec?

Yes. We offer fast delivery across Quebec and the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

For remote or less accessible areas, a custom delivery quote may apply. If you see a message during checkout asking you to contact us, simply email info@liquidationdeluxe.com and our team will assist you.

How fast is delivery?

We process and ship all in-stock orders within 48 business hours.

Estimated delivery times range between 3 to 14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll be notified in advance before delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes — we offer warehouse pickups by appointment.

To schedule a pickup, please contact our team at info@liquidationdeluxe.com. Our team will provide the address and confirm a time slot.

Will I receive a tracking number?

- For smaller parcels (under 66 lbs), you’ll receive a Canada Post tracking number once shipped.

Other (F.A.Q)

Are quantities really limited?

Yes. Our inventory is based on liquidation lots and final buys. Once a product sells out, it is rarely restocked.

We recommend ordering quickly to avoid missing out.

Do products come in original boxes?

Absolutely. All products are brand new in their original manufacturer packaging, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Do you offer any product warranties?

Due to our liquidation-based model, manufacturer warranties are not included.

However, we stand behind our service — if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • and other installment options (coming soon)

All transactions are securely processed and encrypted for your protection.

How often do you add new inventory?

We update our website with new arrivals and exclusive deals weekly.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, digital gift cards are available and can be used site-wide.

Send us a direct message on Instagram @liquidationdeluxe with a screenshot or link to the post. We’ll check inventory availability and let you know how to get it.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes — with certain conditions:

  • not shipped yet, we can cancel it with a 10% cancellation fee
  • has already shipped, you may initiate a return (see our return policy above)

Cancellations help us keep our logistics fast and efficient — we appreciate your understanding.
