1. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.1 Nature of Our Products

All items sold on liquidationdeluxe.com are brand-new products sourced from overstock, clearance, or end-of-line inventories. Items may arrive in discontinued or non-retail packaging. We do not sell used or refurbished goods.

1.2 Quantities and Availability

All products are available in limited quantities. Once sold out, items are permanently unavailable. We reserve the right to limit sales to specific customers or regions.

1.3 Final Sale Policy

All items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless:

  • An incorrect item is delivered

  • The item is visibly damaged upon delivery, reported before acceptance

To request an exception, customers must:

  • Inspect items immediately upon delivery

  • Refuse damaged packages

  • Contact info@liquidationdeluxe.com within 10 days with photos and order details

We reserve the right to accept or deny any return request.

1.4 Inspection Before Acceptance

Customers must verify:

  • Product condition before delivery acceptance

  • Order accuracy

Claims after acceptance are not valid.

1.5 Delivery Terms

Delivery via third-party carriers is standard to curbside or entrance. Assembly or room-of-choice options are extra and quoted separately. Delivery fees vary by distance and item size.

Customers must be present during scheduled delivery. Missed appointments incur additional fees.

1.6 Errors and Pricing Issues

Pricing errors (e.g., $0 listings) will result in cancelled orders. Such errors are not considered valid consent under Quebec law.

1.7 Accuracy of Information

Content on our site is general information only. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or outdated information. We reserve the right to modify content without notice.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

Products and services are provided "as is." We are not liable for damages from product misuse, third-party delivery delays, or indirect/consequential losses. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
