Liquidation Deluxe

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

At Liquidation Deluxe, returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the order, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.

⚠️ Items identified as “Final Sale” on their product page are not eligible for exchange or refund.

2. DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY

Any visible damage upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

For a damage claim to be eligible:

  • The damage must be clearly visible

  • It must not have been disclosed in the product description

  • Clear photos must be provided

3. CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN (NON-DAMAGE RELATED)

To be eligible for a return within the 10-day period, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be new and unused

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 10 days of the delivery date

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

No return will be processed without prior authorization from our team.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items that have been used or modified

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 10-day period

  • Shipping, handling, or storage fees (non-refundable)

5. REFUNDS

Once the item has been returned and inspected:

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment

  • The refunded amount corresponds to the item price, minus:

    • the restocking fee (15%)

    • the original shipping and return shipping fees
