We sell brand-new furniture and home products sourced from overstock, clearance, cancelled orders, end-of-line inventories, and open-box items from major retailers.
All items sold on Liquidation Deluxe are brand new.
Some products are listed as open-box, meaning the item may have been opened for inspection, display, photography, or due to a cancelled order.

We source excess inventory directly from retailers and manufacturers, cut out traditional retail markups, and operate primarily as an online e-commerce platform.
Unlike large retail chains, we don’t carry the heavy costs of big showrooms and large in-store operations — which allows us to offer significantly more competitive pricing while maintaining quality.

Yes. Most items are available in very limited quantities, often only one unit.
Once an item is sold out, it may never be restocked.
Most items do. However, some products — especially open-box or end-of-line items — may ship in non-retail or discontinued packaging.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, unless the item is clearly marked “Final Sale” on its product page.

• The item is new, unused, and in original packaging
• Return shipping is covered by the customer
• A 15% restocking fee applies

Delivery & Handling (F.A.Q)
Yes. We deliver across most regions of Quebec.
Delivery availability and pricing are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of item ordered.
• For most major centers within approximately 150 km of Montréal and Québec City, delivery typically takes 3 to 21 days
• For other regions, delivery may require waiting for a larger shipment
• Express delivery may be available for certain items, allowing direct shipment to your door
Estimated timelines are provided at checkout whenever possible.
Yes. Local pickup is available at our warehouse during the following hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
We are currently improving our tracking system.
• Smaller freight or carrier-shipped orders will receive a tracking number
• Large freight items do not include tracking
For large freight deliveries, you will receive a phone call 1 to 3 days before delivery to confirm the delivery window. These items ship directly from our warehouse to your home, which is why tracking is not available.
Any visible damage related to delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with clear photos sent to our team.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may be refused.
