2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

2.1 Final Sale Policy

All purchases are considered final sale.
Returns are accepted only in the following exceptional cases:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item was visibly damaged upon delivery and reported immediately


2.2 Return Eligibility

In cases where a return exception is granted, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 10 days of delivery

  • Clear photos and a detailed explanation of the issue must be sent to:
    support@liquidationdeluxe.com

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is at the customer’s expense

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply


2.3 Non-returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  • Items accepted at delivery without any claim or note of issue

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or modified

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Delivery and storage fees are non-refundable
